Royal Crown Derby signed King Charles Spaniel

This King Charles Spaniel Royal Crown Derby paperweight was produced in 2003. This piece has been hand signed by Hugh Gibson (the Chief Executive of Royal Crown Derby), and it has been dated 27.7.03. There is another signature to the base as well, but I have not been able to make out whose.

The spaniel stands approximately 10cm tall.

The pre-owned paperweight is in good condition. It does not have any original packaging.
