Danish silver table spoon, 1934

This Danish silver table spoon features a plain bowl, with a cast art nouveau influenced design to the edge. The handle is a lightly planished finish, also with an art nouveau influenced design to the edge of the finial. The back of the handle is plain. The table spoon is fully hallmarked with the Danish .925 silver hallmark of three towers, under which is the number '34' for 1934. and the maker's mark 'N.C.M - N. C. Meyer wo worked in Rudkøbing between 1893 and 1957. The spoon also bears the assay master's mark of Johannes Siggaard. There is a further mark which we have not been able to identify. All hallmarks are crisp and clear. The table spoon is 20.2 cm (8') long. It weighs 39 grams. All measurements are approximate. The caddy spoon is in very good condition. There are a couple of very shallow dings to the bowl. Please study all photos as these form an important part of the description.
