Lalique Coq Nain (Bantam rooster) car mascot

This car mascot featuring a sculpture of a Bantam rooster, was originally designed by René Lalique in 1928. This example is of much later manufacture … the design is still in production today. The base is engraved "Lalique ® France". The sculpture stands approximately 20.5 cm (8.2") tall on a 7 cm (2.7") diameter base. The sculpture is in very good condition.
